The role supports production operations by ensuring materials are prepared accurately, safely, and on time while maintaining compliance with quality, GMP, and safety requirements.Job Description:\nKey Responsibilities\nMaterial Dispensing & Weighing\nWeigh and dispense raw materials according to manufacturing instructions and batch records.\nVerify material name, lot number, status label, and required quantity before dispensing.\nOperate weighing scales and dispensing equipment accurately and safely.\nLabel and transfer dispensed materials to production areas.\nMaintain material traceability throughout the dispensing process.\nDocumentation\nComplete dispensing records and related documentation accurately and legibly.\nRecord material quantities and lot numbers in accordance with company procedures.\nReport discrepancies, shortages, or material issues to supervisors.\nGMP & Compliance\nFollow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), SOPs, and company quality standards.\nPrevent cross-contamination by adhering to approved cleaning and handling procedures.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization within the dispensing area.\nSafety\nFollow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.\nWear required personal protective equipment (PPE).\nSafely handle powders, liquids, and other cosmetic raw materials.\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\nNo college degree required.\nExperience\nPrior manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required.\nEntry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAbility to read and understand basic English instructions, material labels, and batch documentation.\nExperience working in a manufacturing, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food, or chemical production environment.\nExperience using weighing scales or material handling equipment.\nKnowledge, Skills & Competencies\nRequired Skills\nBasic mathematical skills.\nAbility to accurately weigh and measure materials.\nAttention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to follow written procedures and work instructions.\nGood organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nCore Competencies\nSafety Focus\nQuality Focus\nAccountability\nReliability\nAttention to Detail\nTeamwork\nContinuous Improvement\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.\nAbility to lift and move materials up to 25 kg (55 lbs).\nAbility to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.\nWork Schedule\nFull-time position.\nShift work and overtime may be required based on business needs.\nSuccess Measures\nWeighing accuracy.\nOn-time preparation of materials.\nCompliance with GMP and SOP requirements.\nDocumentation accuracy.\nSafety and quality performance.\nQualification(s):\nEducation(s):\nHigh SchoolWork Experience:\nExperience Range I: 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related fieldSkill(s):\nCompliance Management, GMP Documentation, Manufacturing Operations, Material SafetyLanguage(s):\nEnglishCertification(s):\nNot ApplicableThe anticipated compensation range is\n10.00 - 35.00 USD HourlyActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location.
