Key Responsibilities

Facility & Utility Operations

·Manage and maintain facility utility systems, including:

oHVAC systems

oPurified Water (PW) systems

oCompressed air systems

oChillers and cooling towers

oBoilers and steam generation systems

oElectrical distribution systems

·Monitor facility performance and utility consumption.

Preventive Maintenance

·Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs.

·Coordinate corrective and emergency maintenance activities.

·Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement root cause corrective actions.

·Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance records.

GMP & Compliance

·Ensure facility systems comply with cosmetic GMP requirements.

·Support equipment qualification activities:

oIQ (Installation Qualification)

oOQ (Operational Qualification)

oPQ (Performance Qualification)

·Maintain facility-related SOPs and documentation.

·Support internal and external audits.

Capital Projects

·Support facility expansion and new equipment installation projects.

·Participate in facility design reviews and commissioning activities.

·Coordinate contractors and vendors.

·Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.

Safety & Environmental Management

·Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

·Conduct facility risk assessments.

·Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

·Drive facility reliability and operational efficiency improvements.

·Analyze utility usage trends and identify cost reduction opportunities.

·Implement Lean, TPM, or continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

Required

·Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Related Engineering Discipline

Preferred

·Professional Engineer certification

·Relevant facility management certifications

Experience

Required

·3-7 years of experience in Manufacturing facilities engineering, Utility system maintenance or Industrial plant operations

Preferred

·Experience in Cosmetics manufacturing, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, Food manufacturing and/or GMP-regulated environments
