With a focus on long-term value creation, the Manager of Strategy and Planning plays a critical role in shaping the company's future, making strategic recommendations that will guide the organization towards achieving its vision and goals.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nStrategic Planning: Lead the strategic planning process, including the development of the company’s mid/long-term strategy, setting objectives, and identifying ways to achieve these goals.\nMarket Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats that could impact the business. Use this information to recommend adjustments to the company's strategic direction.\nFinancial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, including forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.\n Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives and monitor progress against these metrics. Provide regular reports to senior management on the status of strategic projects.\nStakeholder Management: Communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including presentations to executive leadership and the board of directors.\n Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments (e.g., Business Units, Finance, Sales and SCM) to ensure strategic plans are aligned with departmental goals and implemented effectively across the organization.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.\nMinimum of 7 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful strategic project management.
