As our partners grow, we grow with them-providing flexible solutions that support expansion at every stage.\nWhat you’ll do\n As our Founding Account Executive, you will own the full B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and cold calling to pitching restaurant operators, closing deals, and handing over new partners for onboarding.\nYou will leverage warm leads from KitchenPark’s existing network while actively sourcing and acquiring new independent restaurants and restaurant groups across the UAE.\nDrive New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, cold call, and meet restaurant owners and operators across the UAE to secure new partnerships.\nLeverage Existing Networks: Generate opportunities by expanding Future Foods’ presence within KitchenPark’s existing customer base.\nPitch Future Foods: Communicate the value proposition clearly, demonstrating how virtual brands help restaurant operators generate additional revenue using existing kitchen capacity.\nManage the Full Sales Cycle: Own the sales pipeline from initial outreach and qualification through negotiations, closing, and onboarding handover.\nBuild Client Relationships: Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.\nBuild and Improve the Sales Playbook: Work closely with leadership to refine sales scripts, objection handling, prospecting strategies, and go-to-market approaches.\nAchieve Sales Targets: Consistently work towards acquisition, revenue, and partnership growth targets.\nWhat we’re looking for\nFood & Restaurant Enthusiast: Genuine passion for the F&B scene, culinary trends, and helping local restaurant owners succeed.\nRelentless Hunter Mentality: High energy, self-motivated, and genuinely excited by cold outreach, door-knocking, and closing deals.\nB2B Sales Track Record: 1+ years experience in B2B sales. Experience working at a major food delivery aggregator in the Middle East or for a reputable restaurant group is highly preferred.\nGrowth Mindset: Thrives in a fast-paced scale-up environment; excited by ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to build a founding footprint.\nMobility & Presence: Valid UAE driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.\nIn-Office Commitment: Ability to work full-time from our office 5 days a week, balancing structured office work with in-person client visits across the UAE.\nWhy join us\nDemand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
