As our partners grow, we grow with them-providing flexible solutions that support expansion at every stage.\nAbout the role\nThe Operations Manager ensures smooth and efficient daily operations across one or more processing centers in the UAE. This role oversees facility operations, inventory, and process optimization while supporting cross-functional teams to meet performance goals. The Operations Manager leads training, resolves operational issues, and ensures readiness for high-volume periods, maintaining seamless execution and strong customer satisfaction across all sites.\nWhat you’ll do\nResponsible for the smooth operation of the processing center across all shifts\nLeads training and meeting sessions for the processing staff\nGeneral handy-person duties around the hub, a plus\nWorks with Property Manager to ensure work around the facility is completed on an appropriate timeline\nAddress facility, tech, and space issues with licensees. This includes calling OFOS on behalf of the licensees to address issues\nWorks with Customer Success team members to ensure licensees are ready for big orders/ launches/ spikes in business\nManages ZenDesk tickets from open to close\nTroubleshoots processing center, kitchen, and facility hardware issues\nInventory & Ordering; Audits\nReview daily inventories and make orders to replenish inventories when needed\nPerforms storage and common area audits\nReviews and reports KPI metrics to facility management and processing team; contributes to goal setting and planning\nCoaching new and existing shift leads\nFilling in shifts during call-outs, general staffing help\nReviews financials and supports P&L understanding, comfortable working with numbers to see their impact on operations.\nWhat we are looking for \nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).\n3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in logistics, fulfillment, or food processing environments.\nStrong organizational skills, with experience managing teams across multiple shifts.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot facility, inventory, and process issues.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience in a multi-site operations environment.\nFamiliarity with kitchen or food processing operations.\nExperience with ZenDesk or other ticketing systems.\nKnowledge of UAE labor laws and workplace safety standard\nWhy join us\nDemand for online food delivery is growing really fast!
