Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.\nWe're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant, all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. \nWhat you’ll do\nSource new properties and initiate contact with landlords and local authority areas across the UAE.\nNegotiate with landlords, developers, and clear regulatory requirements to secure viable sites. \nConduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify real estate trends, opportunities, and risks.\nPrepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and feasibility studies for potential investments and developments.\nAssist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for stakeholders.\nMonitor and analyze key economic indicators, regulatory changes, and market dynamics impacting the real estate sector in the UAE.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and development, to support decision-making processes.\nMaintain and update real estate databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.\nCollaborate closely with other Real Estate Sourcers and the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to align on sourcing strategy, deal prioritization, and market coverage.\nWhat we’re looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering (Civil, Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or related field).\nStrong technical and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate properties from both a technical and commercial perspective.\nProficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.\nExcellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.\nAn understanding of the commercial real estate market in the UAE \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (essential), with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and effectiveness under pressure.\nWhat else you need to know \nThis role is based in our Dubai office.
