You will work as a program owner and internal consultant. You will find where teams are stuck, design the right learning or change program, bring in the right experts, run it from start to finish, and measure whether it worked. You will build repeatable programs that scale as the company grows, so we are not rebuilding training from scratch each time.
What you'll do
- Own company-wide onboarding so every new hire, in every function and location, ramps quickly and has a consistent experience.
- Partner with leaders across the company to find skill gaps, readiness needs, and adoption challenges, then turn them into prioritized enablement programs.
- Plan, launch, and continuously improve programs from scoping through delivery and measurement, including role-based learning paths, certifications, and readiness checkpoints for any team.
- Run enablement for company-wide moments such as product launches, policy and process changes, tool rollouts, and organizational changes.
- Support manager and leadership development in partnership with People and Partners.
- Drive adoption of AI tools and AI-native ways of working. Build practical training that helps people at every level use them well in their own roles.
- Work with subject matter experts across the company to turn their knowledge into clear, usable learning content.
- Manage the learning platform and content library so materials are current, easy to find, and accurate.
- Own the enablement calendar and communications so employees know what is coming, why it matters, and how to take part.
- Define and track program metrics such as time to productivity, completion rates, adoption, and business impact. Report results to leadership and adjust based on what the data shows.
- Collect feedback from employees and managers, and use it to decide what to build, change, or retire.
- Keep many concurrent projects on schedule across teams with different priorities and working styles.
What you'll bring
Required

- Experience with an LMS or learning platform, and with the collaboration and business systems teams use day to day.
- Practical experience using AI tools to automate work or improve learning programs.
- Clear, direct written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with senior leaders and technical experts.
- Strong organization and follow-through across competing priorities.
- Experience supporting both technical and non-technical teams in the same organization.
- Experience with change management or internal communications for company-wide rollouts.
