You will work across functions, from Engineering, Product, and Marketing to Customer Success, Support, Finance, People, and Operations, and you will treat each team as a client with its own needs.You will work as a program owner and internal consultant. You will find where teams are stuck, design the right learning or change program, bring in the right experts, run it from start to finish, and measure whether it worked. You will build repeatable programs that scale as the company grows, so we are not rebuilding training from scratch each time.\n\nWhat you'll do\nOwn company-wide onboarding so every new hire, in every function and location, ramps quickly and has a consistent experience.\nPartner with leaders across the company to find skill gaps, readiness needs, and adoption challenges, then turn them into prioritized enablement programs.\nPlan, launch, and continuously improve programs from scoping through delivery and measurement, including role-based learning paths, certifications, and readiness checkpoints for any team.\nRun enablement for company-wide moments such as product launches, policy and process changes, tool rollouts, and organizational changes.\nSupport manager and leadership development in partnership with People and Partners.\nDrive adoption of AI tools and AI-native ways of working. Build practical training that helps people at every level use them well in their own roles.\nWork with subject matter experts across the company to turn their knowledge into clear, usable learning content.\nManage the learning platform and content library so materials are current, easy to find, and accurate.\nOwn the enablement calendar and communications so employees know what is coming, why it matters, and how to take part.\nDefine and track program metrics such as time to productivity, completion rates, adoption, and business impact. Report results to leadership and adjust based on what the data shows.\nCollect feedback from employees and managers, and use it to decide what to build, change, or retire.\nKeep many concurrent projects on schedule across teams with different priorities and working styles.\nWhat you'll bring\nRequired\n4+ years in enablement, learning and development, organizational development, or a closely related role.\n2+ years of hands-on program management, including running full program lifecycles.\nA track record of building and delivering programs that changed behavior and results for more than one type of team or audience.\nExperience with an LMS or learning platform, and with the collaboration and business systems teams use day to day.\nPractical experience using AI tools to automate work or improve learning programs.\nClear, direct written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with senior leaders and technical experts.\nStrong organization and follow-through across competing priorities.\nPreferredExperience supporting both technical and non-technical teams in the same organization.\nExperience with change management or internal communications for company-wide rollouts.\nExperience building assessment, coaching, or certification programs.\nExperience in technology, security, compliance, or another regulated industry.\nExperience in a high-growth company with a distributed team.\nSuccess in the first 12 months\nNew hires in every function ramp faster, with clear readiness gates and a consistent experience.\nEnablement programs are live and measured for at least four functions across the company.\nTeams across the company adopt key tools and AI workflows, and can show the results.\nLeaders get a regular, trusted view of program results.\nEmployees and managers say enablement is useful, easy to find, and easy to use.\nThe values that define us\nExecution - We deliver results with focus, ownership, and consistency.
