This role requires a flexible approach to working hours and occasional weekend work to support our US-based clients and global roadmap.\nWe will expect you to;\nWork directly with Lead Product Managers to align product strategy with client outcomes and company objectives\n\nOwn the full product lifecycle for your area, from discovery and ideation through to release and iteration\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of how sports organisations operate, building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to stay close to the problem space\n\nDefine and manage a prioritised roadmap, ensuring the team is always focused on the highest-impact work\n\nActively monitor the competitive landscape and emerging market trends in sports performance technology, using those insights to sharpen prioritisation and inform product strategy\n\nPartner with engineering and design squads to translate insights into well-scoped, outcome-driven deliverables\n\nFoster the principle of building the smallest valuable thing and iterating based on evidence and feedback\n\nDefine clear success metrics for your product area and use data to guide decisions and measure outcomes\n\nBuild and communicate a commercial case for your roadmap investments, demonstrating clear linkage between product decisions and business outcomes such as retention, expansion and customer value\n\nCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders across the business\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to support successful go-to-market execution\n\nExperience and skills we're looking for:\nTrack record in a Product Manager role within a B2B SaaS environment, owning a product area end-to-end\n\nStrong understanding of the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through to release and ongoing iteration\n\nExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience translating complex user needs into clear product requirements\n\nStrong background in building products with design at the centre of the approach\n\nCustomer-centric mindset with the ability to incorporate both qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform decision-making\n\nCommercially minded, with a clear understanding of how product decisions influence revenue, retention and customer value -
