The RoleAs our Brand & Partnerships Manager, you'll be the engine behind Kitsch's brand partnerships. You'll build and run the partner pipeline, lead activations and mailers, manage partner press relationships, and make sure every product launch has the right partnership moments attached — all while managing and growing our Brand Partnerships Coordinator. What You'll Do Own our partnerships pipeline end to end: find partners, vet them, negotiate, and sign the deal Keep every active partnership on track with a clear plan and timeline — nothing slips Bring vetted co-marketing ideas to our Director, backed by a clear recommendation Keep our priority partner list current and ready for review, without being asked Build the briefs and timelines that keep our biggest launches on track, 8–10 weeks ahead Make sure every major launch has a partnership or earned moment tied to it Run our brand activations and outbound mailers — on time, on brief, ever
