You’ll lead a Junior Packaging Engineer and work with Packaging Design, Product Development, and Regulatory.\nFull-time\n3 to 6 years of experience\nBase salary of $95,000 to $125,000, based on experience and skills\nOccasional travel, up to once a year\nWhat Will Be Your Responsibilities\nWrite the specs and drawings our suppliers build from\nRun the test plan for every package before it goes to PO\nManage suppliers in Asia, Latin America, and the U.S., including first-article checks and line trials\nFix the root cause of packaging complaints to protect our 4.5-star standard\nOwn your project timelines and flag risks early\nMake sure every package meets retailer and California rules\nLower cost without hurting how a package looks, feels, or works\nWhat Are We Looking For\nMust-haves\n3 to 6 years of hands-on packaging engineering, ideally in beauty, personal care, or CPG\nBachelor’s in Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related, or equal experience\nPrimary packaging for liquids and creams: bottles, tubes, jars, pumps, sprayers, closures\nCAD (SolidWorks or similar) and clear specs\nTesting with ISTA and ASTM methods\nDirect work with overseas suppliers\nKeeps projects current in Asana or similar\nClear written English\nNice-to-haves\nHair, body, fragrance, or retail-ready packaging\nRetailer rules, PCR, and recyclability\nArtiosCAD, Esko, or dielines\nMentoring, Spanish or Mandarin, and real use of AI tools\nOur Values\nProactive problem solving.
