We are looking for a highly motivated DevOps Engineer who can quickly understand new concepts and take ownership of backend infrastructure.\n\nThe role will play an important part in maintaining reliable, scalable, and high-performing infrastructure to support live trading operations across Indian and global markets.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Design and implement robust monitoring and metrics infrastructure to support algorithmic trading systems.\n\n- Provide hands-on technical support for live trading environments running on Linux servers.\n\n- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application, infrastructure, and business-related issues.\n\n- Manage databases and execute SQL queries for operational and on-demand analytics.\n\n- Handle application installations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure-related issues.\n\n- Support network management and troubleshoot network-related problems to ensure stable trading operations.\n\n- Manage Python-based infrastructure, including Airflow, logs, monitoring, and alerting systems.\n\n- Develop and maintain Airflow DAGs using Python and optimize existing workflows.\n\n- Manage and optimize infrastructure using Ansible, Docker, and automation technologies.\n\n- Implement proactive monitoring to identify potential issues before they impact trading operations.\n\n- Collaborate with technology and business teams to provide operational support across projects.\n\n- Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, procedures, and operational workflows.\n\n- Ensure infrastructure and operational processes adhere to applicable exchange rules and regulatory requirements.\n\n- Support global market trading operations, including night-shift trading activities when required.\n\nRequirements : \n\nExperience & Education : \n\n- 2 - 4 years of experience in a DevOps role.\n\n- Experience in a trading or financial technology environment is preferred.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- Experience working with NSE and other global financial markets is required.\n\nTechnical Skills : \n\n- Strong proficiency in Linux.\n\n- Good working knowledge of Python.\n\n- Strong knowledge of SQL and databases.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Ansible.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Docker.\n\n- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines for frequent testing and deployment.\n\n- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, infrastructure, and network environments.\n\nGood to Have : \n\n- Strong Python programming experience.\n\n- Experience with Apache Airflow.\n\n- NISM certification.\n\n- Previous experience supporting live trading or low-latency environments.\n\nKey Attributes : \n\n- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.\n\n- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.\n\n- Strong ownership and accountability.\n\n- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.\n\n- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.\n\n- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and systems.\n\nWhat We Offer : \n\n- Competitive salary and attractive benefits.\n\n- Five-day working week -
