In simple terms, the team acts as the data supply chain of the company.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Monitor and maintain data pipelines, feeds, and automated data workflows.\n\n- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of market and financial data.\n\n- Collect, clean, organize, and validate data received from exchanges, vendors, and external providers.\n\n- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to missing, delayed, or incorrect data.\n\n- Support traders, quant researchers, and analysts with timely data availability.\n\n- Monitor system alerts, logs, and platform health to ensure uninterrupted operations.\n\n- Work closely with infrastructure and DevOps teams to improve system stability and performance.\n\n- Maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and monitoring tools.\n\n- Assist in building scalable and secure systems for fast data delivery across the firm.\n\n- Ensure data operations follow security, compliance, and operational best practices.\n\n- Create documentation for monitoring processes, workflows, and operational procedures.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\n- Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and data processing concepts.\n\n- Familiarity with Linux environments and monitoring tools is preferred.\n\n- Knowledge of Python or scripting languages for automation is a plus.\n\n- Ability to work with large datasets and identify operational issues quickly.\n\n- Good communication and coordination skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience working with financial market data or trading systems.\n\n- Exposure to monitoring tools, dashboards, or data infrastructure
