reliability.\n\nRequirements: \n3+ years of experience as a quant developer/software engineer in finance, trading, or related domains.\nStrong programming skills in Python / C++ / Java (Python preferred).\nSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-orientated programming.\nStrong foundation in mathematics, probability, statistics, or linear algebra.\nExperience working with large datasets and numerical computations.\nExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nEducational Requirements: \nBachelor's / Master's degree from IIT, IIIT, BITS, ISI, NSUT, or IISc.\nMinimum 8.5 CGPA throughout academics.\n\nGood to Have: \nExposure to financial markets, trading systems, or quantitative research.\nExperience with performance optimisation and low-latency systems.\nFamiliarity with NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, or similar libraries.\nSkills\nC++, Java, Python, algebra, mathematics, probability, quant, quantitative,
