We proudly operate 20+ restaurants and 4+ central kitchens/commissary facilities across multiple states - and we’re growing.\nJob Description:\nThe Accounts Payable Associate supports the day-to-day accounts payable function by accurately and timely processing invoices, payments, and vendor information. This role assists with account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and maintaining accurate AP records while providing responsive support to vendors and internal teams.\nKey responsibilities:\nReview and process vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.\nEnter and maintain accurate invoice, payment, and vendor information in the accounts payable system.\nPrepare checks and electronic payments for approved invoices in accordance with company procedures.\nCommunicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment questions, and account issues.\nReconcile vendor statements and accounts payable transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies.\nAssist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and required reporting.\nMaintain organized and accurate accounts payable records, including invoices, receipts, and payment documentation.\nAssist in preparing accounts payable reports, including aging reports and transaction summaries.\nEnsure AP transactions are processed in accordance with company policies and established procedures.\nCollaborate with Accounting, Procurement, and other departments to resolve invoice and payment issues.\nAssist with maintaining and updating accounts payable systems and documentation.\nSupport process improvements and other accounting activities as assigned.\nQualifications:\nExperience: 1-2 years of accounts payable, accounting, or related administrative experience preferred.
