We take pride in bringing the rich heritage of Taiwanese cuisine, ensuring every bite tells a story of tradition, passion, and culinary excellence.\n⸻\nPosition Overview\nThe Corporate Trainer is responsible for executing and reinforcing operational standards in Supreme Dumplings Honolulu, Hawaii.\nThis is a flexible, high impact field role where scope is determined by business needs and individual strengths. Depending on experience, this role may focus on Front of House (FOH), Back of House (BOH), or a combination of both, ensuring excellence in service, culinary execution, and overall operations.\nThe primary responsibility is not to create training programs from scratch, but to compile, reinforce, and operationalize existing standards, identify gaps, and drive real time improvements in execution, consistency, and team performance.\nThis role is critical to scaling the business and ensuring every new and existing location operates at a high, consistent level.\nReports to: Corporate Training Manager\n⸻\nKey Responsibilities\nExecute and reinforce company standards across FOH and or BOH operations based on role focus\nSupport new store openings in Hawaii through hands on training and operational deployment\nEvaluate in store performance and identify gaps in execution, systems, and team readiness\nPartner with GMs and DMs to drive accountability and implement practical, results driven solutions\nCoach and develop teams in real time to improve consistency, speed, and guest experience\nEnsure adherence to SOPs, food quality standards, and service expectations\nSupport onboarding and ongoing development of team members\nMaintain training documentation, feedback, and performance tracking\nAct as an extension of field leadership to stabilize, support, and elevate operations\n⸻\nTravel Expectations & Support\nExtended travel to Hawaii for store openings and operational support\nCompany covers all flights to and from Hawaii\nCompany provides housing accommodations during travel assignments\nCompany covers transportation on the island\nCompany provides three meals per day during travel assignments\nFlexibility to work 60 hours a week during openings and critical business periods\n⸻\nQualifications\n3-5+ years of restaurant or hospitality experience in operations, training, or multi unit support\nStrength in either FOH or BOH operations, with willingness to operate cross functionally\nExperience supporting restaurant openings strongly preferred\nAbility to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable in fast paced environments\nStrong operational awareness with the ability to identify inefficiencies and drive solutions\nComfortable with frequent travel and extended on site assignments\n⸻\nPreferred Experience\nCorporate or multi unit restaurant experience\nExperience in Asian or dumpling focused concepts preferred\nExperience working within structured SOP driven environments\nBenefits:\nEligible employees may receive a comprehensive benefits package, with the employer covering 90% of the premium:\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\nPaid Time Off\nEmployee meals and discounts\nOpportunities for career growth and professional development\nEligibility and benefit offerings may vary based on position and tenure\nSupreme Dumplings is an equal opportunity employer.
