Being a General Manager is an incredible opportunity for someone who is customer service oriented, experienced in managing a progressively responsible restaurant, and knows what it takes to set and meet weekly goals while providing professional leadership in a fast-paced environment.\nWe look forward to speaking with you about this opportunity, and what you can bring to the team!\nJob Duties\nManage with integrity, honesty and promotes the company’s culture, vision, and mission\nMake schedules and make sure the restaurant is staffed and set up for business.\nLead by example, enforce company standards, and invest in employees through coaching and training.\nEnforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.\nEnsure opening/mid-day/closing daily check lists are completed.\nDemonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while always looking for ways to improve and promote quality.\nTake a leadership role with preparation of monthly financial results, and annual budgets for the restaurant.\nBuild relationships with vendors, upper leadership, and members of your restaurant team\nMonitor and adhere to control systems while reinforcing safety awareness in the store.\nOther duties as assigned\n\nRequirements\n3+ years of previous restaurant experience and at least one year of management experience.\nHigh school diploma or GED\nMAST Certification, Food Handlers Permit, Alcohol Serving Permit.\nSuccessfully demonstrated experience of running the floor 8+ hours per day in high volume stores.\nStrong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.\nStrong communication skills and can listen attentively to guests and team members.\nMust be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.\nStrong customer service, quality focus, leadership ability and decision-making skills.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer to all employees and applicants.
