The ideal candidate will work side by side with kitchen teams to ensure consistent execution of company recipes, culinary standards, food safety, and operational procedures.\nThis individual will be responsible for developing kitchen leadership, identifying performance gaps, and driving improvements in food quality, consistency, and kitchen efficiency across multiple markets.\nJob Duties\nCulinary Execution and Standards\nTravel between restaurant locations to evaluate and support daily kitchen operations.\nWork directly alongside kitchen teams to reinforce proper cooking techniques, recipes, and preparation standards.\nEnsure consistent food quality, presentation, portioning, and execution across all assigned locations.\nIdentify culinary execution gaps and implement immediate corrective actions.\nSupport new menu rollouts, recipe updates, and culinary initiatives.\nLeadership and Team Development\nCoach, train, and develop Chefs, Kitchen Managers, and kitchen team members.\nBuild strong kitchen leadership teams through hands-on training and accountability.\nPartner with District Managers and restaurant leadership to improve kitchen performance.\nConduct regular operational assessments and follow up on identified opportunities.\nReinforce a culture of teamwork, discipline, consistency, and culinary excellence.\nKitchen Operations and Performance\nMonitor kitchen efficiency, productivity, and overall operational execution.\nSupport food cost management through proper portioning, inventory accuracy, and waste reduction.\nIdentify opportunities to improve kitchen workflows, labor efficiency, and production.\nEnsure proper inventory rotation, ingredient quality, and kitchen readiness.\nSupport new restaurant openings, kitchen transitions, and operational improvement initiatives.\nFood Safety and Compliance\nEnsure compliance with company food safety standards and local health regulations.\nConduct kitchen inspections and reinforce proper sanitation, storage, and food handling procedures.\nIdentify food safety risks and ensure timely corrective action.\nMaintain consistent cleanliness, organization, and inspection readiness across all assigned locations.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nExperience and Education Requirements\nMinimum 7 years of professional culinary experience preferred.\nMinimum 3 years of multiunit culinary leadership or regional kitchen management experience preferred.\nExperience with Japanese, Chinese, or Asian cuisine strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to lead and develop kitchen teams across multiple locations.\nStrong understanding of recipe standardization, food cost, labor efficiency, and operational performance.\nExcellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining accountability to company standards.\nCulinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.\nJob Specific Requirements\n100% travel required, including frequent overnight and out of state travel.\nBased out of the Redmond, WA corporate office.\nValid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.\nFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.\nAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to work hands-on in commercial kitchen environments.\nFood Manager Certification or ability to obtain applicable certifications.\nBenefits\nCompetitive Annual Salary\n90% Company Paid Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n $500 Monthly Car Allowance\nPaid Time Off\nProfessional Growth and Career Advancement Opportunities\nEqual Opportunity Employer\nKizuki International LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
