This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional and international teams and offers the opportunity to influence the future evolution of the PLM landscape.\nHighlights of the offer\nJob offer expiration:31/10/2026\n\nType of work:Hybrid\n\nRole:Individual Contributor / Specialist\n\nLocation:Europe, Poland, Szczecin - Office Center\n\nResponsibilities\nOwn the day to day administration, maintenance, and operational stability of the Codebeamer ALM platform, ensuring high availability and performance.\nAct as 2nd/3rd line support for ALM related incidents, service requests, and functional issues raised via the PLM Support channels.\nPerform system upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and platform health checks in line with vendor recommendations and internal IT standards.\nMonitor system logs, performance metrics, and storage usage; proactively identify and resolve issues.\nConfigure and maintain Codebeamer platform to support Requirements, Test and Risk Management processes.\nWork with ALM Architects to implement and maintain standard templates, item types, and workflow models to support global ALM enrollment.\nManage access requests, role assignment, security groups, and license allocation\nMaintain and update support documentation, user guidelines, and operational runbooks.\nParticipate in continuous improvement of ALM processes, standards, and best practices.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Engineering, Business) in global ALM/PLM programme\nOur requirements\nExperience in administration and operational support of ALM tools, preferably Codebeamer or similar ALM/PLM platforms.\nHands-on experience with system maintenance, configuration, upgrades, patching, and platform health monitoring.\nExperience working as 2nd/3rd line support for application-related incidents and service requests.\nGood understanding of Requirements Management, Test Management, and Risk Management processes.\nAbility to monitor system logs, performance metrics, and storage usage and proactively resolve issues.\nExperience with user access management, roles, security groups, and license allocation.\nExperience working with standard templates, workflows, item types, and configuration models.\nAbility to create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and operational runbooks.\nExperience working in a global, cross-functional IT / Engineering / Business environment.\nWe offer\nBy joining KK Group, you will be part of a culture where diversity is embraced, every nationality is respected, and trust and collaboration across perspectives drives our success.
