This role ensures that all product-related aspects of a change are clearly defined, assessed, and ready for implementation.\nWorking closely with the Process Change Owner, the Product Change Owner contributes technical expertise and product knowledge to enable smooth, coordinated, and successful end-to-end change execution.\nHighlights of the offer\nJob offer expiration:13/11/2026\n\nType of work:Hybrid\n\nRole:Individual Contributor / Specialist\n\nLocation:Asia, India, Bengaluru\n\nResponsibilities\nDefinition and validation of product scope and change impact.\nSecuring complete and accurate product documentation (drawings, BOMs, specifications).\nCoordination of technical inputs and approvals from engineering functions.\nAssessment of technical feasibility, risks, and product impact.\nSupport of change implementation from a product readiness perspective.\nClose collaboration with the Process Change Owner throughout the change lifecycle.\nContribution to final ECN closure by confirming technical completeness.\nOur requirements\nCompetencies (e.g. technical skills):\nUnderstanding of product structures and engineering documentation.\nAbility to assess technical impact, risks, and feasibility of engineering changes.\nExperience with Engineering Change Management (ECM/ECN) processes.\nKnowledge of PLM and ERP systems (e.g. Windchill, D365).\nFamiliarity with BOM structures, drawings, specifications, and validation flows.\nAbility to coordinate and review technical inputs from engineering functions.\nUnderstanding of product lifecycle and manufacturing impact of changes.\nStructured and detail-oriented approach to technical completeness.\nEducational Qualification Required:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).\nRelevant Experience Required: 1 to 2 years.\nBreadth of the Role: Global.\nCustomer / Supplier Interaction: Yes - Discussing Requirements.\nWe offer\nBy joining KK Group, you will be part of a culture where diversity is embraced, every nationality is respected, and trust and collaboration across perspectives drives our success.
