You will design and develop electrical control panels for renewable energy applications and support their transition into mass production.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with Technical Project Leads, Mechanical Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders across functions such as sourcing, production, NPI, and logistics-contributing across the full project lifecycle.\nHighlights of the offer\nJob offer expiration:31/08/2026\n\nType of work:Stationary\n\nRole:Individual Contributor / Specialist\n\nLocation:Europe, Poland, Szczecin - Goleniowska\n\nResponsibilities\nDesign and develop electrical control panels within customer projects from concept to production \nEnsure technical requirements and changes are aligned with the customer (via Technical Project Lead) Review and validate technical specifications and project scope before project initiation \nEnsure designs comply with internal standards, electrical regulations, and customer requirements \nPerform electrical design calculations \nCreate and manage BOMs (ERP systems) and support configuration management \nParticipate in BOM reviews and master data setup \nSupport prototype builds and ensure alignment between design and functionality \nCollaborate with production/NPI teams to secure a smooth transition to serial/mass production \nDefine and execute routine and type tests, including documentation and reporting \nParticipate in FAI and (optionally) external acceptance tests\nOur requirements\nMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering \nMinimum 4 years of experience in electrical design, preferably within a manufacturing environment \nExperience in design and development of electrical panels/control systems \nKnowledge of IEC/EN (e.g. IEC 61439, 60204) and UL standards (UL 508A) \nFluent in English (written and spoken); Polish is required \nUnderstanding of EMC requirements nice to have Experience with D-FMEA tools nice have \nStrong communication and collaboration skills \nProactive, solution-oriented mindset \nGood planning and organisational abilities \nSelf-driven and able to work independently \nWillingness to travel when required \nWhat We Offer\n Opportunity to work on cutting-edge renewable energy projects \nInternational collaboration with teams across Europe and Asia \nParticipation in the full product lifecycle-from concept to mass production \nFlexible working model \nA dynamic and supportive engineering environment \nWe are primarily looking for candidates based locally in Szczecin or nearby areas.\nIf you are considering relocation, we encourage you to apply - we’re happy to hear from motivated candidates ready to join our team.\nWe offer\nBy joining KK Group, you will be part of a culture where diversity is embraced, every nationality is respected, and trust and collaboration across perspectives drives our success.
