Møller Holding, where M&A is an important lever for future growth.\nThe position is based in Madrid and requires presence in our Madrid office three days per week.\nHighlights of the offer\nJob offer expiration:27/11/2026\n\nType of work:Hybrid\n\nRole:Individual Contributor / Specialist\n\nLocation:Europe, Spain, Madrid\n\nResponsibilities\nPerform and review financial analysis, financial modelling and company valuations to support M&A and other strategic investment decisions.\nTake responsibility for key workstreams in M&A transactions, including due diligence, coordination of external advisors, transaction documentation and other deal-related activities.\nIdentify, screen and assess potential acquisition targets, including strategic fit, financial performance, valuation and key investment considerations.\nDevelop investment cases, including strategic rationale, financial returns, risks and value creation opportunities, and contribute to the preparation of investment recommendations.\nConduct market and competitor analysis to identify and assess potential acquisition targets, new markets and growth opportunities.\nWork closely with business divisions and relevant functions to assess commercial, financial and operational aspects of potential acquisitions.\nSupport transaction structuring, negotiations and other activities throughout the transaction process.\nWork with business divisions and integration teams to identify and assess potential synergies and support post-acquisition integration planning.\nContribute to broader corporate development and strategic initiatives across the Group.\nOur requirements\nWe expect you to have 4-6 years of relevant professional experience, preferably from investment banking, corporate M&A, private equity or Big 4 transaction services. Candidates with a background in strategy consulting and strong financial and transaction-related capabilities will also be considered.\nIn addition, we expect that you have:\nStrong financial and analytical capabilities, including extensive experience with financial modelling, valuation and financial statement analysis.\nSolid experience with M&A transactions, financial due diligence or other transaction-related activities, including responsibility for managing individual workstreams.\nStrong commercial understanding and the ability to combine financial analysis with strategic considerations and investment judgement.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to develop clear and well-structured investment cases and decision material.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.\nThe ability to work independently, take ownership of complex tasks and challenge assumptions when relevant.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial and strategic conclusions to senior stakeholders.\nA collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across functions, countries and organisational levels.\nFluency in written and spoken English.\nWe value intellectual curiosity, sound judgement and a strong sense of ownership.
