Based in Szczecin and operating in a global role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, standardize global processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.\nYou will partner with stakeholders across regions to identify improvement opportunities, design and implement solutions, and ensure long-term process sustainability, balancing digital enablement, lean principles, and change management.\nSuccess in this role requires a combination of process excellence expertise, strong stakeholder management, and commercial understanding, allowing you to connect process improvements with business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.\nHighlights of the offer\nJob offer expiration:14/11/2026\n\nType of work:Hybrid\n\nRole:Individual Contributor / Specialist\n\nLocation:Europe, Poland, Szczecin - Office Center\n\nResponsibilities\nLead Process Improvement Initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.\nDrive Standardization: Develop and implement standardized global processes across IT, and other functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nEnable Digital Transformation: Partner with IT and business leads to streamline workflows and deploy automation, analytics, and process mining tools.\nChange Leadership: Serve as a champion for change, driving cultural adoption of continuous improvement across business units and geographies.\nStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with executive and operational leaders to ensure alignment, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.\nWork with key stakeholders to drive and sustain process changes.\nOur requirements\nCommercial awareness and understanding of business drivers are a plus\nBachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.\nExcellent English skills\n3+ years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence roles, preferably in global or matrixed organizations.\nStrong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and business process management.\nDemonstrated success in driving standardization and digital process transformation.\nExcellent communication and great human skills\nExperience in working with D365 and other BI systems is preferred\nPro-active, self-motivated and able to work with respect to deadlines\nExcellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and change management skills.\nExperience working in or with the renewable energy or related industrial sectors is a plus.\nWhy join us?\nJoin a growing global organization within the renewable energy sector and play a key role in shaping how we work across regions and functions.
