The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manual and automated testing, with hands-on experience in modern QA frameworks, tools, and methodologies.\nHighlights of the offer\nJob offer expiration:09/09/2026\n\nType of work:Hybrid\n\nRole:Individual Contributor / Specialist\n\nLocation:Asia, India, Bengaluru\n\nResponsibilities\nDefine and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for web, desktop, and mobile applications.\nLead QA teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.\nWork as an individual contributor delivering high quality QA assignments.\nCollaborate with product managers, developers, and architects to ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC.\nDrive automation initiatives using modern frameworks and tools to improve efficiency and coverage.\nEnsure performance, security, and reliability testing across applications.\nConduct code reviews, test-case reviews, and ensure compliance with CI/CD pipelines.\nMentor junior QA engineers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\nStay updated with emerging QA technologies and recommend process enhancements.\nContribute to project planning, estimation, and agile development practices.\nEnsure defect prevention strategies and root cause analysis are consistently applied.\nOur requirements\nMust Have Skills & Experience:\nOver 10 years of professional experience in QA with expertise in test automation and manual testing.\nStrong knowledge of automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.\nHands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).\nSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.\nExperience with cloud platforms (MS Azure preferred) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).\nKnowledge of Python or other scripting languages for test automation.\nStrong knowledge of SQL Server and database validation techniques.\nFamiliarity with agile methodologies and test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab).\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor QA teams.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nAbility to create detailed test documentation, test strategies, and low-level designs.\nExperience in testing both web-based and desktop-based applications.\nGood to Have Skills & Experience:\nExperience with microservices testing and distributed systems validation.\nKnowledge of security testing practices, including vulnerability scanning and secure coding validation.\nHands on test-case writing experience with MS excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools.\nExposure to NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cosmos DB.\nFamiliarity with BDD/TDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, xUnit, NUnit).\nPrior experience working in large-scale enterprise environments and product-based companies in domains such as wind, automotive, and industrial.\nSoft Skills:\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nProactive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team.\nStrong documentation and presentation skills.\nWe offer\nBy joining KK Group, you will be part of a culture where diversity is embraced, every nationality is respected, and trust and collaboration across perspectives drives our success.
