Digital Services M/F\nHighlights of the offer\nJob offer expiration:02/08/2026\n\nType of work:Hybrid\n\nRole:People Manager\n\nLocation:Asia, India, Bengaluru\n\nResponsibilities\nEngineering Leadership & Team Management:\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 software engineers.\nEstablish a high-performance engineering culture focused on accountability, collaboration, innovation, quality, and security.\nConduct performance reviews, career development discussions, coaching, and succession planning activities.Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and capability development of engineering talent.\n\nFoster employee engagement and create an inclusive work environment that encourages ownership and technical excellence.\nDrive adoption of engineering best practices, coding standards, secure development practices, and quality-focused development approaches.\nDemonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \nCommunication should be clear, regular, and relevant, ensuring stakeholders are consistently informed and aligned.\nDelivery Management:\nOwn end-to-end delivery of assigned software products and platform capabilities.\nCollaborate with Product Groups, Core Technology Platform, Architects, DevOps, Cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into execution plans.\nManage sprint planning, estimation, prioritization, capacity planning, and release management activities.\nEnsure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate technical, delivery, security, and resource risks.\nTrack and report key delivery metrics.\nOur requirements\nExperience & Education:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.\n15+ years of hands-on experience developing scalable solutions using .NET for backend development and modern frontend frameworks.\n3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.Proven experience managing teams of 10-20 engineers.\n\nExperience delivering cloud-based enterprise software products.\nHands-on experience designing and developing secure software solutions.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.\nExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.\nExperience working with geographically distributed and multicultural engineering teams.\nExperience with AI-assisted software development processes, tools, and workflows.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong experience with C#, .NET Core, microservices, and REST APIs.\nExperience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend development.\nWorking knowledge of Python.\nExperience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps practices.\nKnowledge of AI-assisted software development tools and modern engineering workflows.\nWe offer\nBy joining KK Group, you will be part of a culture where diversity is embraced, every nationality is respected, and trust and collaboration across perspectives drives our success.
