Each year, we handle a high volume of applications within a relatively short period, and you will play an important role in helping us complete them accurately and on time.\nThe position is well suited to a student who enjoys structured administrative work, is comfortable working independently, and understands the importance of responsible handling of employee information.\nResponsibilities\nPrepare and submit A1 certificate applications through the MitID portal.\nEnsure updates on the tracker for all A1 applications\nTrack and coordinate communication for A1 application outcomes with Global Mobility and stakeholders \nIf necessary, liaise with Udbetaling Danmark for requesting status updates, follow up.\nOur requirements\nYou are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree programme.\nYou are structured, dependable, and comfortable with detailed administrative tasks.\nYou can work independently, manage deadlines and maintain focus when handling a high volume of applications.\nYou understand the importance of GDPR, confidentiality, and responsible handling of personal data.\nYou can communicate fluently in both English and Danish\nDo you not meet every point above?
