The group drives client engagement focused around capital raising, ongoing client servicing, and new product development/origination for institutions, family offices, and private wealth investors\nLeverage deep expertise on a specific strategy to drive fund launches, facilitate investment due diligence, negotiate contracts, grow relationships with existing and new investors, and ultimately, raise capital for KKR’s various strategies\nFocus on establishing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with new and existing clients, while delivering solutions across the KKR platform\nPosition Description\n10-week summer internship (structured as 2, 5-week rotations) with Relationship Management and Product Strategies teams focused-on raising capital, structuring KKR funds, analyzing competitors, and strategizing future opportunities\nUnderstand, analyze, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information about institutional, family office, private wealth and high net worth investors\nPrepare briefing memos to advise on recommendations of products appropriate to the investor and suggest new potential clients based on this research\nWork closely with investment professionals and deal teams to understand the current portfolio, deal pipeline, and overall market dynamics\nCreate and update bespoke marketing materials, quarterly presentations and reporting materials, so as to drive more meaningful client engagement\nProvide ongoing client support and remain heavily involved when investors are conducting due diligence on new and existing KKR funds\nWork closely with others on the Relationship Management and Product Strategies teams on client requests (related to capital raising, diligence and one-off servicing requests), client presentations, sales territory management, and CRM database management\nAid in the development and maintenance of KCS business metrics and reports\nAssist with other team projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis\nPrimary Qualifications and Skills\nCurrent 1st-year MBA student with anticipated graduation date of Spring 2028\nInterest in broader private market fundraising and product strategy\nProven ability to manage demands of multiple teams and projects in a fast-paced work environment\nStrong relationship development and management skills, including virtually with global teams\nMaturity, presence, sound judgment, and ability to form and express opinions effectively to cross-divisional teams including senior management\nOutstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read information/situations from varying perspectives and tailor messages to suit different audiences\nContent driven with the ability to communicate complex topics to a wide range of audiences\nAptitude for critical and creative thinking across the quantitative and qualitative spectrum\nQuick learner with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation\nStrong organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detail\nTechnical and aesthetic mastery of PowerPoint and Excel\nComfort using AI tools to improve productivity and quality of work\nCuriosity about and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies in day-to-day workflows\nAbility to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevance\nApplication Instructions:\nApply by Sunday, December 6th at 11:59PM ET to be considered.\nThis is the expected annual base salary range for this New York-based position.
