References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.\nPOSITION SUMMARY\nThis role provides actuarial support for Bermuda Economic Balance Sheet (EBS) valuation and leads key components of new reinsurance deal onboarding. Responsibilities include model development, data integration, financial reporting support, and coordination across actuarial, pricing, and technology teams. The position ensures accurate, efficient, and well-controlled actuarial processes that meet regulatory and organizational standards.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nBermuda EBS Modeling & Valuation Support\nLead the development, enhancement, and maintenance of actuarial models used for Bermuda EBS valuation, working in close partnership with the Bermuda Actuarial team.\nSupport assumption updates, model changes, and process improvements to strengthen reporting accuracy and efficiency.\nAssist with data integration workflows, including ETL processes and validation routines, to ensure reliable data for valuation.\nParticipate in cash flow model development and valuation testing activities.\nHelp resolve issues arising during production cycles by collaborating with cross-functional partners.\nPrepare documentation and testing materials to comply with internal governance and regulatory expectations.\nReinsurance Deal Onboarding\nPartner with the pricing team to transfer knowledge, assumptions, and methodologies for new reinsurance transactions.\nEnsure valuation model readiness by assisting with feature development and pricing-to-valuation model alignment.\nSupport interim financial reporting using pricing models until valuation model components are finalized.\nParticipate in data onboarding automation, including mapping, validation, and control processes to enable scalable new-deal integration.\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork closely with actuarial, pricing, data, reporting, and technology teams to support both ongoing valuation and new business initiatives.\nCommunicate technical findings, issues, and recommendations in a clear and structured manner.\nSpearhead the communication of commercial updates to the actuarial and related functions through active partnership with the Commercial team.\nIdentify and scale solutions developed for Bermuda and Deal onboarding for other modeling needs.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nStrong technical actuarial and analytical skills and foundational actuarial modeling experience.\nEmbraces using new and emerging technology and experimentation\nSpecific technical skills preferred:\nModel design, control and governance best practices\nAsset-liability modeling techniques\nKnowledge of US life and annuity products and their features (e.g. FA, FIA, VA, RILA, payout/SPIA, PRT, UL, VUL, IUL)\nUS GAAP, Bermuda EBS and US statutory valuation principles and methods\nAbility to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple priorities.\nFamiliarity with actuarial systems, valuation processes, and data workflows.\nDemonstrates exceptional client service focus.\nActuarial fellowship designation required.\nThis is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position.
