You’ll combine strong architectural understanding with delivery leadership, ensuring teams execute effectively through ambiguity. This role will be based in our San Francisco office, 4 days per week. \nRESPONSIBILITIES\nLead planning and execution of larger technical initiatives.\nDrive technical design for complex features and systems.\nCoordinate work across engineers, product partners, and stakeholders.\nIdentify and remove execution blockers to improve delivery efficiency.\nMentor engineers and strengthen technical depth across the team.\nEnsure systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with platform strategy.\nQUALIFICATIONS\n5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software solutions.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred; or equivalent practical experience.\nExtensive experience delivering complex, multi-component systems.\nStrong architectural intuition and execution discipline.\nAbility to lead technical delivery through ambiguity.\nProven track record of mentorship and technical influence.\nStrong sense of ownership for outcomes and system health.\nTECH STACK\nAWS (EC2,EKS, RDS, Aurora), Python, React, snowflake, MS SQL, Redis, Argo workflows, PySpark (ETL / Medallion model), with AI-assisted development tools used across the SDLC.\nThis is the expected annual base salary range for this San Francisco-based position.
