Its systems support both mask shops and fabs by detecting defects early in the process, enabling faster, more reliable production.What You'll Do\nIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.\nUnderstand customer problem and derive solutions based on KLA product portfolio and definition of roadmap.\nDefine and setup experiments with customers and evaluate data to identify and solve customer problems.\nAnswer expert level questions and requests from users of our semiconductor metrology equipment\nProactively ensure fast time-to-solution for customer questions and requests\nWork with Customers and Field Teams from Asia, Europe, and America to understand new feature requests and translate them into clear requirements for our internal development team.\nTravel to Asia, Europe, and America to train Customers and Field Application Engineers in using our product\nPerform end-product acceptance tests and software quality tests prior to shipment of a new product or new software\nMinimum Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math related subject \nBusiness fluent in English.
