This integrated approach to customer service, creativity and technological excellence enables employee productivity, business analytics, and process excellence.Job Description/PreferredQualifications\nKey Responsibilities\nNetwork Operations & Support\nLead daily network operations for LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, internet, and cloud connectivity.\nMonitor network performance, availability, and capacity using enterprise monitoring tools.\nEnsure high uptime and operational stability across data centers, campuses, manufacturing sites, and remote offices.\nManage incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem management.\nLeadership & Team Management\nLead and mentor network engineers and operations staff.\nAssign operational tasks and manage escalation processes.\nDevelop operational procedures, standards, and documentation.\nCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and managed service partners.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Application, DevOps, Manufacturing, and Business teams to support enterprise initiatives.\nParticipate in enterprise transformation, digital modernization, Zero Trust, and cloud migration programs.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to align network services with operational and strategic business objectives.\nWork with vendors, managed service providers, and third-party partners to deliver operational excellence.\nInfrastructure Support\nSupport enterprise routing, switching, wireless, and cloud networking environments.\nMaintain Cisco, Arista, Aruba, or equivalent technologies.\nSupport hybrid cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nAssist in network modernization and transformation initiatives.\nOperational Excellence\nOwn day-to-day network operations, including incident and outage response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.\nDefine and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics.\nDrive network automation initiatives using scripting, deployment automation and infrastructure-as-code methodologies\nImprove operational efficiency through automated alerting, remediation workflows, and self-healing network capabilities.\nCreate executive operational reports and status dashboards.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.\n8+ years of network engineering/operations experience.\n3+ years of leadership or team lead experience.\nExperience supporting large enterprise or global network environments\nStrong knowledge of:Routing & Switching (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP)\nF5 BIG-IP platform (WAF, LTM, AFM)\nSD-WAN and wireless networking\nNetwork monitoring tools\nIncident and change management processes\n\nExperience with enterprise environments and 24x7 operations.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to executive leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.\nProven ability to lead meetings, drive collaboration, manage escalations, and present operational updates to technical and non-technical audiences\nPreferred Qualifications\nCCNP, CCIE, F5, AWS/Azure networking certifications.\nWork with multi-national\nWork experience with in an environment of 10000+ users\nExperience with:Cisco ACI\nClearPass NAC\nNetwork automation (Python, Ansible)\nITIL processes\n\nManufacturing or healthcare industry experience preferred.\nWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
