The Global Operations (GOPS) team, comprised of Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Installation and Quality, builds our leading-edge technology. GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.
- Monitor chemical processes and test product quality to make sure that they meet standards and specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Maintain production equipment and troubleshoot problems.
- Quarterly planning chemical for MFG and placing chemical orders for MFG and R&D.
- Maintain inventory for receiving chemicals/outbound chemicals.
- Fulfill orders for internal requests of chemicals MFG, R&D and EGN.
- Prepare chemicals as per MFG demand and customer orders.
- Setting up, operating, and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Ensuring the proper functioning and calibration of equipment.
- Testing chemicals, prepare documentation such proper SDS/Hazard labels.
- Chemical waste management.
- Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participating in safety programs and audits.
- Properly handling and storing chemicals and hazardous materials.
- Move 20 liter containers from floor level to bench level.
- Prep documents for shipment readiness of chemicals outbound.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in chemistry with 1+ years of experience in handling chemicals.
- Knowledge of analytical techniques such as Titration, Conductivity, pH, UV, ICP etc.
- Experience in planning, procuring and inventory management of chemicals.
- Understanding SDS/MSDS, understand shipment requirements for chemicals.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure no delays for chemical management.
- Participate when needed for waste management.

Total Rewards
