There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/PreferredQualifications\nManage product configuration specifications and drive sales order (SO) accuracy above 95% .\n\nWork with key stakeholders eg Marketing, Sales, NPI, Special Coordinator, Engineering Services, Order Administration, Manufacturing, Master Schedulers (MS) and VC Modelers etc\n\nChair meetings & manage Product Configuration Specification (PCS) document eg. KMAT models, KMAT Phantoms, KMAT BOM, pricing, configuration rules, description, etc\n\nEnsure new materials and BOMs are set up and created correctly and that ECO is accurate and ready for Variant Configurator (VC) modelling (Structure the PCS into SAP)\n\nWork with VC Modelers to ensure information in VC is accurate; validate & testing VC changes in SAP & production environment by creating quotes\n\nValidating SAP orders against OA & Account teams and acting as a main point of contact to Order Entry with sale orders related issues.\n\nIdentify configuration gaps and work on closing them.\n\nManage any backorder via sale order change request (SOCR)\n\nDevelop and maintain key performance metrics for Configuration accuracy & for backorder shipment\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s Degree in business or technical field or equivalent experience\n\nMinimum 3-5 years of related industry experience in managing orders configuration, document control or engineering and planning management\n\nFamiliarity with MRP processes and working knowledge of computer software applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS Power Point, SAP)\n\nGood Analytical skill, communication and interpersonal skills\n\nTeam player, self-driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency\n\nAbility to adapt to a fast-paced work environment\n\nAbility to assertively implement configuration management policy\n\nWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
