Reports directly to the assigned District Manager.\nSkill Requirements:\nCandidates should have a solid background in electronics, mechanical engineering, vacuum technology, and basic knowledge Printed Circuit Board technologies\nWork to solve and diagnose Pneumatic, Vacuum, Electronic (AC and DC), and Computer issues to the component level.\nMust have solid understanding of WinNT, Win XP, Win7 & 10, Linux, as well as MS Office products.\nExcellent communication and customer interfacing skills.\nGood interpersonal skills.\nAn adaptable approach to working hours, locations, and conditions.\nA flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team working.\nAbility to work alone or unsupervised for extended period, often in difficult conditions.\nA detailed and logical approach to problem solving.\nExtensive travel required to support the customer as the need arise.\nPrincipal Duties/Responsibilities:\nProvide service support to customers encompassing system commissioning, system breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance support.\nGenerate a close working relationship with the customers to enable the company to sell its product portfolio.\nAccurate completion of all field reports.\nRepresent KLA Company culture and values in a respectable manner.\nRequirements:\nWork autonomously\nTravel required to support the customer base as required.
