GWS is responsible for site improvements to support business needs, promoting a secure work environment, regulation compliance, safety protocol implementation, emergency preparedness and risk mitigation.What You'll Do\nIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.\nLead the Southern Taiwan EHS team to execute EHS management programs at customer sites and ensure compliance with customer EHS requirements, standards, and regulations.\nServe as an EHS internal training instructor: Updating training materials.\nConsolidating attendance records.\nDelivering training sessions.\nAddressing questions during classes.\n\nLead the organization of annual customer agreement meetings: Prepare relevant materials.\nProactively coordinate with Business Units (BUs) on work risk assessment content.\n\nParticipate in routine customer safety meetings and prepare related meeting materials and documentation.\nHigh-Risk Work Supervision: Supervise high-risk operations and collaborate with customers to prevent safety violations and injuries.\nIdentify and clarify critical on-site risks; communicate effectively with stakeholders and employees to ensure understanding and mitigation.\n\nCustomer Site Patrol & Audit: Conduct regular EHS patrols and audits at customer fabs.\nIdentify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.\nSubmit daily reports to the manager.\nManage gowning areas and storage zones at customer fabs in accordance with 6S principles.\n\nCustomer Engagement: Attend regular customer EHS meetings and ensure proper documentation and follow-up.\nCompliance Assurance:\nEnsure compliance with PIP (Product Integrity Program), security, and EHS requirements from government, customer, and company perspectives.\n\nIncident Response\nProvide support for other duties and tasks as assigned by management. Including, but not limited to, support for and participation in office fire drills and customer-site emergency response exercises.\nArrange cleanroom garment laundering services, as well as procure and distribute cleanroom supplies and notebooks.\n\nRespond to customer violations or emergency incidents and coordinate follow-up actions.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's level degree and nice to have 1 years related work experience.\nClass B Occupational safety and health management personnel or above is preferred.\nGood Knowledge of local EHS regulations or customer EHS/ PIP rules\nGood in communication, collaboration, problem solving skills.
