This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PC’s, and networking/wireless networking. Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related problems. Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures, using established procedures.\nProvide shift coverage to respond and recover critical systems at our customer locations\nCoordinate troubleshooting and data collection as part of the service organization\nAssures operational updates of KLA equipment are provided with clear status reporting to facilitate next steps in repair and recovery\nRepresents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with KLA.\n\nDesired skills\nExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
