GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll Do\nIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nWarehouse Analytics & Reporting\nDevelop, maintain, and analyze warehouse performance metrics and KPI dashboards.\nMonitor key operational indicators including:\nInventory accuracy\nCycle count performance\nWarehouse productivity\nStorage utilization\nInventory aging\nService provider performance\nPrepare monthly logistics performance reports and management presentations.\nProvide data analysis and recommendations to support operational decision-making.\nWarehouse Cost Management\nMonitor warehouse operating expenses and logistics-related costs.\nAnalyze cost trends and identify cost reduction opportunities.\nSupport annual budgeting and forecasting activities.\nReview and validate warehousing and 3PL service charges.\nGenerate reports on warehouse cost performance and variance analysis.\nSpace Planning & Capacity Management\nMonitor warehouse space utilization and storage capacity.\nConduct capacity planning analysis to support business growth and changing operational requirements.\nSupport warehouse expansion, consolidation, and layout improvement initiatives.\nIdentify storage optimization opportunities to improve space efficiency.\nInventory Governance & Control\nMonitor inventory accuracy and inventory control performance.\nAnalyze inventory discrepancies and identify root causes.\nSupport cycle count programs, inventory audits, and physical inventory activities.\nRecommend corrective actions to improve inventory integrity and control processes.\nDevelop and maintain inventory governance procedures and controls.\nProcess Improvement & Standardization\nReview existing warehouse processes and identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.\nConduct process mapping and workflow analysis.\nRecommend process standardization and best practices across warehouse operations.\nParticipate in warehouse automation and digitalization projects.\nSOP Management & Documentation\nDevelop, review, and update warehouse Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nMaintain process documentation, work instructions, and operational guidelines.\nEnsure procedures are aligned with operational and audit requirements.\nCoordinate communication and implementation of approved process changes.\nCompliance & Quality Management\nManage and maintain Known Consignor Regime (KCR) documentation, submissions, renewals, and compliance requirements.\nSupport ISO quality management system documentation and audit activities.\nCoordinate logistics-related corrective actions arising from audit findings.\nEnsure warehouse processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.\nThird-Party Logistics (3PL) Performance Management\nAnalyze operational performance trends and identify improvement opportunities.\nSupport business reviews with logistics service providers.\nCoordinate operational performance reporting and improvement tracking.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Warehouse Operations, Materials Planning, Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams.\nSupport warehouse and logistics improvement initiatives through data analysis and project coordination.\nAct as a key point of contact for warehouse analytics, reporting, process documentation, and compliance matters.\nMinimum Qualifications\nQualification\nEducation\nDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or related discipline.\nExperience\n2-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, inventory control,\nExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS), SAP, and reporting tools preferred.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel.\nKnowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management principles.\nUnderstanding of ISO and compliance requirements.\nStrong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nContinuous improvement mindset with attention to detail.\nAbout KLA\nWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
