The role focuses on resolving production issues, improving product quality and yield, and ensuring reliable performance across the product lifecycle.\nSupport production builds and system integration to ensure smooth manufacturing ramp\nTroubleshoot electronic and system-level issues (PCB, assemblies, wiring, subsystems)\nPerform root cause analysis on production and field failures and implement corrective actions\nWork with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturability and performance issues\nDevelop and maintain manufacturing documentation (work instructions, test procedures, troubleshooting guides)\nSupport validation, testing, and qualification of electronic assemblies\nAnalyze production data to drive yield improvement, reliability, and cost reduction\nInterface with suppliers to resolve component or assembly issues\nSupport engineering changes (ECO/ECN) and ongoing product sustaining\nMinimum Qualifications\nDoctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years\nWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
