Responsibilities
·Own technical and quality performance of assigned electronic subassemblies.
·Resolve production issues and support shipment commitments.
·Provide technical support for field escalations and customer issues.
·Drive non-conformance disposition and supplier quality improvements.
·Conduct failure analysis and implement effective corrective actions.
·Support cost reduction, EOL replacement, site transfer, and engineering initiatives.
·Create and implement ECOs for product changes.
·Monitor supplier quality and manufacturing yield performance.
·Support ICT/functional test development, troubleshooting, and supplier training.
·Participate in design reviews and ensure DFM/DFT compliance.
·Support new product introduction, documentation, and manufacturing readiness.
·Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure successful production ramp-up.
Requirements
·BS/MS in Electronics Engineering with 3years of experience is preferred.
·Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply.
·Knowledge of FPGA, ADC/DAC, high-speed digital, analog, and signal integrity design.
·Experience with imaging, data acquisition or motion control systems is an advantage.
·Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills at test-bench and system levels.
·Understanding of PCBA manufacturing and quality processes.
·Willing to travel up to 25% for NPI, training, and technology transfers.
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
