GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll Do\nIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.\nThis is a 2nd shift position, hours 4:00pm - 12:30am\nThe Material Handler is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packaging, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting warehouse operations. This role ensures timely movement of materials to support manufacturing, service, and customer requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive incoming materials and place inventory into designated stockroom locations.\nPick parts and materials for manufacturing, production, or service kits.\nPrepare, package, and label materials for domestic and international shipments.\nProcess shipping transactions and create shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading and customs paperwork.\nPerform shipping and receiving activities using ERP systems and warehouse tools.\nConduct inventory transactions, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.\nInspect incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and condition.\nMaintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.\nOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as required.\nSupport warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety initiatives.\nCollaborate with Planning, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time material availability and deliveries.\nSupport special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.\nQualifications\n1 to 3+ years of warehouse, stockroom, shipping/receiving, or inventory control experience.\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP and Microsoft Office applications.\nKnowledge of shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) and freight processes.\nAbility to accurately handle inventory and maintain detailed records.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to lift and move materials safely.\nForklift certification preferred.\nStrong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nSkills and Competencies\nInventory Accuracy\nMaterial Handling\nCycle Counting\nShipping & Receiving\nKitting Operations\nSAP / ERP Transactions\nWarehouse Safety\nContinuous Improvement\nTeam Collaboration\nTime Management and Prioritization\nMinimum Qualifications\n1 years of related experience\nAbout KLA\nWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
