GOPS partners with KLA's global supply base and design engineering teams to develop new products, working continuously to build better, faster and more cost-efficient solutions.What You'll Do\nIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nRead, learn, understand, and interpret drawing/blueprints, work instructions, and other written or verbal instructions to complete the crating of tools/products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.\nManage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified, and recording and communicating inventory levels.\nHelp customers resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise.\nMaintain shipment paperwork, records, and digital databases and perform additional administrative, clerical, or supervisory duties as requested.\nSupport internal and other relevant departments (e.g. Planners and productions) to ensure all orders/shipments are fulfilled on time.\nThe need to coordinate with CM to perform GR, coordinate with traffic and third-party warehouse to re-label shipment, and release to forwarders for shipment arrangement.\nFulfill orders by packaging necessary materials and preparing them for shipment.\nIdentifying and locating the right products during the shipping process\nRecording inventory status, and making sure deliveries properly match work orders.\nCollaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries, and replace damaged products.\nPractice problem-solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for continuous improvement of products and processes.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area, and workplace safety, and maintain all equipment according to maintenance plans and established procedures.\nRequire supporting operations during weekends and public holidays.\nUndertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.\nMinimum Qualifications\nQualifications: \nDiploma or its equivalent\nPC literate. Preferably with experience in crating/capital equipment handling.\nA team player with the ability to multitask and organize work systematically.\nProcess Improvement mindset\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-changing and demanding environment.\nHardworking, self-driven, willing to learn, and able to take initiative.\nKnowledge of SAP and having a forklift license will be an added advantage.\nRequires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience\nAbout KLA\nWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
