This role is responsible forensuring the reliability, security, performance, and operational excellence of the organization's cloud services while providing 24x7 support to a global user base.\nKey Responsibilities\nCloud Operations Leadership\nLead and manage global cloud operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP\n\nDevelop and execute cloud operational strategies aligned with business objectives\n\nEnsure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud platforms\n\nProvide executive reporting on cloud health, service availability, operational metrics, and risks\n\nManage a globally distributed cloud operations team and follow-the-sun support model.\n\nService Delivery & Support\nProvide Tier 2 and Tier 3 operational support for cloud infrastructure and platform services.\n\nEstablish and manage 24x7 on-call support processes.\n\nDrive major incident management and root cause analysis.\n\nDevelop SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, and operational dashboards.\n\nEnsure timelyresolution of service requests, incidents, and problems.\n\nCloud Governance & Security\nPartner with Information Security teams to enforce security standards, policies, and compliance requirements.\n\nEnsure cloud environments meet regulatory and audit requirements.\n\nImplement security best practices including:\n\nIdentity & Access Management (IAM)\n\nPrivileged Access Management (PAM)\n\nNetwork Security\n\nData Protection\n\nEncryption\n\nVulnerability Management\n\nStandardize cloud operational processes across AWS, Azure, and GCP.\n\nMaintain cloud operating models.\n\nMonitoring & Observability\nImplement enterprise monitoring and observability frameworks.\n\nDevelop proactive alerting and performance optimization strategies.\n\nDisaster Recovery & Business Continuity\nDefine cloud DR strategies, RTO/RPO objectives, and recovery procedures.\n\nConduct DR testing and business continuity exercises.\n\nOversee backup and recovery operations for cloud workloads.\n\nCost & Capacity Management\nManage cloud financial operations (FinOps).\n\nOptimize cloud spending across AWS, Azure, and GCP.\n\nMonitor utilization, capacity, rightsizing, and reservation strategies.\n\nDrive cost governance and budget planning.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Master's degree preferred.\n\n10+ years of IT Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, or Platform Engineering experience.\n\n5+ years in managementor leadership role.\n\nExperience managing global cloud operations teams supporting enterprise environments.\n\nHands-on experience operating AWS, Azure, and GCP production environments.\n\nAbout KLA\nWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
