Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets - with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.What You'll Do\nIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.\nThe Product Supportability Program Manager leads strategic initiatives that ensure long-term product and service continuity across KLA's installed base. This role partners with Product Divisions, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Global Trade Compliance, Legal, and Service organizations to identify supportability risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive cross-functional programs that improve product availability, service readiness, and business resilience.\nThe position is responsible for developing and executing supportability roadmaps, coordinating risk mitigation initiatives, establishing governance processes, and driving alignment across global stakeholders. The role focuses on sustaining customer support capabilities throughout the product lifecycle by addressing product, supply chain, manufacturing, and operational risks that may impact long-term serviceability.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProduct Supportability Strategy\nLead strategic initiatives that improve long-term product and service continuity across the installed base.\nDevelop supportability roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer commitments, and operational requirements.\nIdentify supportability risks and drive mitigation plans across product portfolios.\nPartner with division leadership to establish priorities, objectives, and success metrics.\nCross-Functional Program Leadership\nCoordinate complex programs involving Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Operations, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders.\nDrive accountability for program deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items.\nFacilitate decision-making and alignment across organizations with competing priorities.\nEscalate issues and resource constraints when necessary.\nSupply Chain and Product Risk Mitigation\nCoordinate evaluation and implementation of strategies that improve long-term product supportability and service readiness.\nPartner with stakeholders to assess alternative sourcing, lifecycle risks, product transitions, manufacturing strategies, and service continuity plans.\nSupport business resilience initiatives by identifying and reducing potential supportability gaps.\nProduct Lifecycle Integration\nIntegrate supportability requirements into New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle processes.\nEnsure supportability considerations are incorporated into readiness reviews, operational checkpoints, and business planning activities.\nDrive adoption of standardized methodologies, tools, templates, and reporting processes.\nGovernance and Operational Excellence\nEstablish governance frameworks to monitor program health, risks, and progress.\nDevelop executive-level metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.\nTrack key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nLead recurring reviews with stakeholders and leadership teams.\nExecutive Communication\nPresent program status, key risks, mitigation strategies, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nPrepare executive summaries and business updates that support strategic decision-making.\nCommunicate complex technical and operational topics to diverse audiences.\nKey Success Metrics\nImprovement in overall product supportability and service continuity metrics.\nSuccessful execution of strategic supportability initiatives and roadmaps.\nReduction of identified supportability risks and operational exposures.\nEffective integration of supportability considerations into lifecycle processes.\nStakeholder alignment and on-time completion of program deliverables.\nQuality and effectiveness of executive reporting and governance.\nMinimum Qualifications\nDoctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years\nAbout KLA\nWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
