Program Manager-Enterprise Systems IDeliver

What You'll Do

In this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.

This role will drive adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of IDeliver capabilities, including Spec Management, customer workflows, process standardization, reporting, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will partner with Product Marketing, Engineering, Service IT, Regional operations, and Customer Program teams to streamline customer engagement processes while improving operational efficiency and enterprise visibility. This is a highly cross-functional role enquiring strong program management, operational thinking, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise IDeliver Operations:

• Manage day-to-day operational health of IDeliver platform and associated business processes
• Drive user adoption across divisions and global regions
• Monitor operational KPIs, process health, and corporate adoption
• Partner with IT to prioritize enhancements and support future roadmap planning
• Develop standard operating procedures, governance and operational documentation
• Support training, communications, and rollout activities for new capabilities

Spec Management Operations:

• Lead operational execution of the enterprise Spec Management program
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews between field organizations, Division PMMs, Service, Engineering, and PLC stakeholders
• Drive request quality, governance, and timely decision making
• Facilitate customer communication workflows from request through closure
• Monitor request cycle times, bottlenecks, and adoption metrics while identifying continuous improvement opportunities

Cross-functional Program Management:

• Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously across Engineering, Service, Marketing, Operations and IT
• Facilitate recurring stakeholder meetings and executive updates
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Develop executive dashboards and program metrics
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve customer experience

Roadmap Driver:

• Analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Recommend workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities
• Support enterprise governance for customer operational processes
• Drive standardization across business units while balancing division specific needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience leading cross-functional programs, business process initiatives, or customer-facing operational programs.
• Experience working with product marketing, applications, service, engineering, field, or customer programs in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of customer specification management, product lifecycle governance, or customer processes.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide deployment, team member training, change management, and adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to lead executive-level communication, program risks, roadmap planning, and cross-division alignment.
• Familiarity with KLA tools, customer workflows, PLC processes, or related enterprise platforms preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or equivalent experience
