The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC’s differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers’ most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Semi PC is looking for talent in research, engineering, sales, marketing, and applications to ensure continued production of leading-edge process control solutions that drive our customers’ success.Job Description/PreferredQualifications

o Be the owner of the business in the assigned area. Lead and drive the business results to meet or exceed the target, with outstanding KPIs
o Serve as the trusted key technical liaison with customers. Conduct product presentations, leverage technical leadership to identify customer pain points, and propose corresponding KLA solutions.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, manage business situations, understand the customer’s needs, be creative to resolve customer issues
o Collaborate with technical team and production lines to engage top customers on challenging requirements. Generate new business opportunities by supporting customers on quality improvement and value creations.
o Understand competitor strengths and weaknesses
o Collaborate closely with the Service team to drive business growth through professional execution and ensure high customer satisfaction.
o Understand the requirements and processes of the company in business, work closely with other functional teams in KLA such as Finance, and Trading Compliance to comply
o Identify and operate internal processes to ensure efficient workflow execution and smooth project progression
Minimum Qualifications
o Familiarity with the PCB industry and strong connection with PCB China customers (preferred) or Semiconductor equipment background
o Capital equipment business experience of more than 3 years.
o University graduate on Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Science or equivalent.
o Excellent account management skill
o Sales experience in PCB industry - an advantage.
o Foreign company experience - an advantage
o High level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and local language.
o Strong negotiation skill
o Result driving and proactive.
o Excellent communication and presentation skill
o Up to 70% travel readiness
