Job Description/PreferredQualifications

Responsibilities:

• Administrating, supporting, and continuously improving KLA's Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps, and Enterprise AI platforms that enable engineering teams worldwide.

• Providing technical leadership for a diverse portfolio of solutions, including AI-powered developer tools, source code management, artifact management, CI/CD, and software quality platforms

• Partnering closely with Engineering, Cybersecurity, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable services.

• Play an integral part of Engineering productivity and software development workflows, this position will play a key role in supporting the rapid growth of AI platforms, onboarding users, evaluating emerging technologies, and driving automation initiatives that enhance the developer experience across KLA.

• ExperiencesupportingAIgovernance,AIFinOps,usageanalytics,consumptionreporting,andenterpriseAIadoptionprograms.

• Experiencewithdeveloperproductivitymetrics,dashboarding,andbusinessintelligenceplatforms.

• Knowledgeofsoftwarelicensing,vendormanagement,contractnegotiations,andenterpriseprocurementprocessesforengineeringtools.

• Experiencesupportingglobalengineeringorganizationsinsemiconductor,manufacturing,orhigh-technologyindustries.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,Engineering,orarelatedtechnicalfield.

• Eight (8) yearsofexperienceadministeringandsupportingenterpriseApplicationLifecycleManagement(ALM),DevOps,SoftwareDevelopment,orEngineeringProductivityplatforms.

• Strong hands-on experience with one or more sourcecodemanagement,workitemmanagement,artifactrepository,CI/CD,andsoftwarequalityplatformssuchasJira,AtlassianCloud,IBMEWM/RTC,AzureDevOps,GitHubEnterprise,Artifactory,Xray,JFrogCuration,Jenkins,SonarQube,andMend.

• Experience deploying, administering,orsupportingenterpriseAI-poweredsoftwaredevelopmentplatformsandcodingassistants,includingGitHubCopilot,Devin,AugmentCode,ClaudeCode,Windsurf,andemergingAIengineeringproductivitysolutions.

• Workingknowledgeofsoftwaredevelopmentlifecycles,DevOpspractices,CI/CDpipelines,sourcecontrol,packagemanagement,softwaresupplychainsecurity,anddeveloperexperienceinitiatives.

• Experiencesupportinglarge-scaleenterpriseengineeringenvironmentswiththousandsofusersacrossmultiplegeographicregions.

• Familiaritywithsoftwarecompositionanalysis(SCA),applicationsecuritytesting,softwaresupplychainmanagement,andcomplianceinitiatives,includingtoolssuchasMend,Checkmarx,Snyk,andrelatedsecurityplatforms.

• Experienceevaluatingandonboardingnewtechnologiesthroughproof-of-concept(POC)activities,vendorengagements,andenterprise-scalerollouts.

• StrongscriptingandautomationskillsusingPowerShell,Python,RESTAPIs,orsimilartechnologiestoimproveoperationalefficiencyandenableself-servicecapabilities.

• ExperienceworkingwithcloudplatformsandSaaSapplications,includingSaaSmigrations,identitymanagement,SSO,andenterpriseintegrations.

• Stronganalytical,troubleshooting,andproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytomanagecomplextechnicalenvironmentsandresolvecriticalproductionissues.

• ProvenabilitytocollaborateeffectivelywithEngineering,Cybersecurity,ITInfrastructure,PMO,Finance,Procurement,andexternalvendors.

• Experienceleadingstrategicinitiatives,technologyroadmaps,platformupgrades,cloudmigrations,andenterprisemodernizationefforts.

Base Pay Range: $137,800.00 - $234,300.00 AnnuallyPrimary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLAKLA’s total rewards package for employees may also include participation in performance incentive programs and eligibility for additional benefits including but not limited to: medical, dental, vision, life, and other voluntary benefits, 401(K) including company matching, employee stock purchase program (ESPP), student debt assistance, tuition reimbursement program, development and career growth opportunities and programs, financial planning benefits, wellness benefits including an employee assistance program (EAP), paid time off and paid company holidays, and family care and bonding leave.
