There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/PreferredQualifications\nSoftware Application Engineer\nWe are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support for our Frontline software solution, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide first-line technical support for Frontline software, including installation, configuration, version upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution.\nServe as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring timely responses, effective problem resolution, and high customer satisfaction.\nDocument, track, and escalate complex technical issues and product enhancement requests to R&D and relevant stakeholders when required.\nCollaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and R&D teams to support customer onboarding, business growth, product demonstrations, and continuous product improvements.\nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, service activities, technical issues, and resolutions in the support management system.\nDeliver technical presentations, customer training, and knowledge-sharing sessions to customers and internal teams.\nSupport assigned projects independently and provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and relevant activities to management.\nComply with company processes, service standards, and operational procedures while performing all support activities.\nFrequently travel to different cities to provide on-site technical support and customer service for regional customers as required by business needs\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nBachelor's /Master's Level Degree and PCB related work experience of 2-5 years\n\nAt least 2 years CAM or MI experience in PCB industry.
