There is never a dull moment with us.Job Description/PreferredQualifications\nJob descriptions \nThis position will oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing goods, issuing to production, reverse logistics tasks, managing inventory levels, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods, supervising staff. Will oversee operations at a warehouse or storage facility to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. Manage 3PL performance, resolve logistical challenges by communicating with production and transportation providers, and buyers/planners. Task include managing in-house 3PL team to support supply to production; vice-versa. Rearranging flows of materials for improved efficiency while allowing Warehouse Workers to easily navigate between aisles.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nOverseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments\nAssigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse Associates\nCommunicating with productions, buyers, and planners to answer work order flow questions and troubleshoot problems\nMonitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy\nEnsuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained\nMonitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery\nMonitoring warehouse management systems to supervise the flow of inventory and make adjustment to meet delivery deadlines. \nManage transport companies and 3PL\nEnsuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met\nAdministering inventories control, cycle count\nEnsuring compliance with health and safety legislation.\nManage inventory following established guidelines and procedures including labeling and locating parts, picking parts from appropriate locations specified and recording and communicating inventory levels.\nHelp productions, planners, buyers to resolve shipment issues and complaints when they arise.\nPractice problem solving and troubleshooting techniques as part of a team responsible for realizing continuous improvement to products and processes.\nUndertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.\nQualifications: \nDegree in Logistics Management\nExcellent leadership skills, including the abilities to set goals, motivate and manage conflict\nGood project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities\nExceptional time management and organization skills\nIn-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse\nFamiliarity with inventory control practices and logistics\nA team player with the ability to multi-task and organize work systematically\nProcess Improvement mindset\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast changing and demanding environment.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Level Degree or work experience of 1 yearsWe offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
