This role is critical in ensuring a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR teams, and candidates throughout the hiring process.\nThe ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with people, can effectively assess candidate suitability through initial screening conversations, and excels at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities:\nCandidate Engagement & Screening\nConduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, motivation, and overall fit for open positions.\nServe as the first point of contact for candidates, providing a professional and positive candidate experience.\nAnswer candidate questions and provide information regarding the recruitment process.\nMaintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring journey.\nInterview Coordination\nSchedule and coordinate interviews across multiple stakeholders, including Hiring Managers, Recruiters, and HR Business Partners.\nManage complex interview calendars and ensure timely scheduling while balancing competing priorities.\nCoordinate virtual, onsite, and panel interviews.\nPrepare and distribute interview schedules, confirmations, and relevant documentation.\nStakeholder Management\nPartner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR teams, and business leaders to support recruitment activities.\nAct as a liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient communication.\nMonitor recruitment progress and proactively address scheduling conflicts or delays.\nRecruitment Administration\nMaintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nTrack interview progress and ensure recruitment data is kept up to date.\nGenerate recruitment reports and support hiring metric tracking when required.\nEnsure recruitment processes are compliant with company policies and employment regulations.\nMinimum Qualifications\n1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, HR Administration, or a customer-facing coordination role.\nStrong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to provide an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.\nAdvanced organizational and multitasking abilities, including managing complex interview schedules, calendars, and competing priorities.\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams, with the ability to maintain accurate recruitment data, track processes, and generate reports.\nFluent Hebrew and English, with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nAbout KLA\nWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
