Our services organization maximizes the value of our customers' KLA assets - with highly trained service and product support engineers providing installation services and 24/7 technical support and parts delivery through our extensive supply chain network.What You'll Do\nIn this role, you will play a key part in advancing business priorities by delivering high-impact work across your area of expertise.\nJob Description / Responsibilities\n1) Training Coordination & Enrollment Operations\nProcess training enrollments, certifications, learning assignments, and training records accurately and in accordance with established procedures.\nMonitor enrollment queues and training requests to ensure timely completion and SLA compliance.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date training information within LMS and other operational systems.\nSupport class scheduling activities, attendance management, and learner readiness.\nMaintain visibility of pending requests and proactively escalate delays or operational risks.\n2) Customer Training Coordination\nManage customer training requests and coordinate training schedules across multiple product portfolios.\nConfirm instructor availability, classroom capacity, and training readiness requirements.\nAct as a primary point of contact for customer training inquiries and scheduling requests.\nProvide timely communication on schedule changes, confirmations, training requirements, and certifications.\nPartner with customers and training managers to support training demand planning and resource utilization.\n3) Product & Regional SME Support\nDevelop expertise in assigned product portfolios, training programs, and enrollment processes.\nServe as a primary regional contact for training operations and customer engagement activities.\nMaintain awareness of regional training demand, workforce readiness, and business priorities.\nSupport managers and stakeholders with enrollment, certification, scheduling, and operational guidance.\nParticipate in regular business reviews and training planning discussions.\n4) Training Centre Operations\nSupport day-to-day operations of the Hsinchu Training Centre.\nEnsure classroom readiness, training logistics, visitor support, and learner experience.\nCoordinate local operational requirements including classroom resources, supplies, vendors, facility requests, and procurement-related activities.\nPartner with local stakeholders to maintain an effective and professional learning environment.\nSupport training events and operational activities hosted at the training center.\n5) Stakeholder Support & Continuous Improvement\nDevelop strong working relationships with customers, instructors, regional teams, and internal stakeholders.\nRespond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.\nSupport operational reporting, audits, and compliance activities.\nParticipate in process improvement, automation, and system enhancement initiatives.\nSupport onboarding, cross-training, and knowledge-sharing activities within the global training operations team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in technical training operations, learning administration, customer support, enrollment operations, scheduling, or related operational functions.\nExperience coordinating customer-facing training programs or learning activities.\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), ServiceNow, CRM, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced operational environment.\nStrong customer service and stakeholder management skills.\nExperience supporting training center operations, classroom activities, or event coordination.\nExperience working with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.\nFluent in Mandarin and English.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in training coordination, customer support, operations, scheduling, administration, or related functions.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to prioritize workload and manage multiple concurrent activities.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nStrong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to effectively participate in meetings, conduct business discussions, and communicate professionally through email with global stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within a global team environment.\nDemonstrated commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.\nAbout KLA\nWe provide advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, process solutions, and computational analytics that make electronics possible, tackling complex challenges.
